Chairman Rod Leefe participated in BGP in 2000 and, the year after, saw his business’s sales and profits increase by almost 100%. In what way did the BGP experience transform Witan Jardine?
“When I came on BGP we were really getting nowhere fast,” says Rod. “We had grown in the past but just couldn’t break through that glass ceiling. We needed fresh inspiration and new thinking.”

In the space of five years net fee income has virtually trebled and Rod has taken a step back, to focus almost exclusively on working on the business, rather than in it.
