“Individuals on my programme come from around the world – Dubai, Luxemburg, America, Canada, Columbia…It’s really exciting to meet up for a week to study. There’s an energy that comes from having people from around the world with similar interests, probing, examining and asking questions. I really like the cohort; and although they are doing work in different areas to me I still find that I am learning such a lot.”

“There is a sense of multiculturalism on the Executive Doctorate. You get insights from many parts of the world – Argentina, Canada, Russia, Germany. Then you also have the research they are doing and the way their mind is working, the way in which their research subject is going to pan-out in contrast to your own. The way some colleagues think is very different to me and there is a real benefit of seeing things from a totally different perspective.”
