Human Resource Research Centre

The Human Resource Research Centre (HRRC) was established at Cranfield School of Management in 1984 to provide academically rigorous, but practitioner oriented, research into the study of people management from a strategic perspective. This brings within our scope all the major aspects of human resource management including recruitment, selection, employee relations and organisation development.

Our mission is to research and to disseminate knowledge of HRM to the benefit of both practitioner and academic communities. We do this through applied research and consultancy, and by contributing to the formation of public policy on people management issues. Our work serves the strategic needs of industrial, commercial and public sector organisations, government bodies and international agencies.
