can better understand the research that has been undertaken into the field of
performance measurement and management on a worldwide basis.
-
To facilitate
the exchange of information and ideas about theory and practice in the emerging
field of performance measurement and management.
- To
encourage the exchange and joint development of teaching and education materials
designed for practitioners in the field of performance measurement and management.
-
To enable the
rapid transfer of ideas, concepts and insights in the field of performance measurement
and management from academia to business and vice-versa.
How can
I support the Performance Measurement Association?
There
are several ways that you can support the PMA, but the most important is to be
actively involved. Participate in the discussion forum. Contribute ideas and materials
for the web site and newsletter. Inform your friends and colleagues, from academia,
business, the public sector and government, who you think will be interested in
the PMA. Who
should I contact if I have any ideas for the Performance Measurement Association?
If
you have ideas that you would like to share with other members of the PMA then
the best way of contacting them is through the discussion
forum. Here you can post ideas, questions or provide solutions to other
members. This is a unique way of communicating with like-minded individuals
in this broad field of performance measurement. If you would like to contact
the organisers of PMA then please email us on pma@performanceportal.org
The
PMA is organised by the Centre for Business Performance,
