Managing Change

Focuses on assessing and strengthening people's response to change and how to support an organisation's change efforts.

Duration: 20 minutes

Organisations are aware that if they continue to do things the way they've always done, they may have to face the consequences of poor business performance, or even extinction. The message that managers are given almost incessantly is that they must develop their capability to find better ways of doing things. In addition, they must develop mindsets that view change as an opportunity rather than as a threat. But beyond such entreaties, they are often missing much help in terms of how or why change should be managed.

This module will focus on assessing and strengthening people's response to change and supporting organisations' change efforts.
