How to best manage supply chain partnerships - what this means in practice, and in what ways companies can collaborate.

Doing business in today's world is about building intra-dependent partnerships and collaborating. Companies that better manage the supply chain have a better chance of succeeding in most markets. What do these ideas mean? In what ways can companies collaborate? What are the key factors that determine the success of a collaborative, intra-dependent partnership? This e-learning module will provide some perspectives on these concepts. It will present a definition of partnership and supply chain management. It will then discuss types of collaboration. It will also introduce the concepts of C3 behaviour and collaboration spirals of success and failure. Finally it will identify key drivers of collaborative success.

By the end of this module learners will be able to:
