This module outlines what the organisation seeks to achieve through its resources, and how it aims to meet the needs of its markets and fulfil stakeholder expectations. This e-learning package is designed to bring learners up to speed on a suite of strategy-formulation tools, and to provoke learners into interpreting these tools into their individual contexts.
