PPM Launch New Course

By: ICPMPublished on: 22/10/2012
Do you know why only 30% of programmes meet their objectives?

New research and development by the International Centre for Programme Management (ICPM), which studied a large number of current and recent programmes, has shed new light on the factors that drive successful programme delivery.

The findings of this research have been developed into this new course; Programme Management: How to Succeed Where Others Fail, created to help organisations improve the success rate of their programmes by using a unique combination of proven and new tools and techniques.

The course starts with the premise that programmes are a means of delivering organisational theory.  Our research has demonstrated that there is a distinction between programmes and projects. Ensuring programme success goes beyond ensuring the success of each underlying project.

Come and work with experienced programme management academics and professionals to help shape the future for your organisation, your programmes and your career.

Course Dates:
29-31 January 2013
                             11-13 June 2013
