Success Story
Endoline Machinery is the UK’s foremost specialist in end of line packaging machinery...
“A unique experience that has fundamentally changed my approach to business, which is already more than paying for itself through a more focussed, margin-based strategy.”
Tony Hacker, MD Endoline Machinery
Case history
Endoline is the UK’s foremost specialist in end of line packaging machinery. The company supplies many of Britain’s leading manufacturers in the food processing and pharmaceutical sectors.
Tony Hacker took part in BGP in 2004, having recently taken over as the company’s MD. The business already had a business plan for development in place, but Tony wanted to test his thinking against the best of his peers. The BGP process had an impact that exceeded Tony’s expectations.
“I soon realised the main strength of the programme is that the benefits I and my fellow participants took from it were unique to our own needs, despite attending the same lectures and going through the same process.
“Whatever its secret, the programme was a unique experience that has fundamentally changed my approach to business, which is already more than paying for itself through a more focussed, margin-based strategy.
“One of the most telling references to the impact of the programme was a quote from a previous participant (and now guest speaker), who suggested it should be regarded as the Personal Growth Programme as well as the Business Growth Programme”.
